I say go to Vienna. It may be lost to the ocean soon anyway. You have been to Singapore already, so go to Vienna first. That is my 2 cents. :)

Oh you poor thing...you can't decide whether to go to an incredibly historical European city or a beautiful & exotic Oriental city/country...

Yeah I was waiting for someone to respond like that. As soon as I put it up I realized it didn't sound like that big of a problem. Sounds petty I know but we really wanted to go visit our friends, didn't know it was going to cost so much!! :(
